Linetec Material Racking Methods

Anodize racks have two primary functions: to carry the workload through the anodizing process from stage to stage and to provide a secure electrical connection leading to the power supply during the anodizing step.

Linetec offers multiple options to rack your material:

  • Weld Rack

  • Clamp Rack / Special Rack

  • Bolt Rack

Weld Rack

Cons

  • Non-uniform racking marks
  • Sharp edges
  • Limited to use for extrusions

Best Used For
