Field-service is called upon to travel to job locations and repair damaged product on the site.

Transportation, handling, storage or installation damage can frequently occur and needs to be repaired.  Field-service can prevent the costly option of sending the material back to the factory for repair or refinishing.  Having to pull the product off the building, build a temporary enclosure, crate and ship, then reinstall can be very costly in time and money and is not always an option.  Field-service is often utilized to avoid substantial costs and back charges on problem jobs.

 Our field service team is available for hire by contractors, project managers and architects to fix problems in the field. 

Linetec also offers field restoration on older buildings and storefronts.  Many times normal wear and tear along with weathering will damage the initial finish on buildings and storefronts.  Linetec has the capability of refinishing the metal windows, doors, panels or trim on older buildings requiring a face-lift.
