Linetec Managed Inventory Description & Purpose

Your most popular dies are sent to Linetec in "Mill Finish" form, directly from the extruder. Linetec's receiving department verifies counts at the time of the delivery, insuring our count from the supplier matches the material count in Linetec's cantilevers.  

Linetec will store your material within our facilities in a cantilever storage system which allows us to pull select stock to meet your order needs.  This "off the floor" storage system will minimize or eliminate any damage to your inventoried material.

When an order is placed, we pull your material from inventory and finish per your specifications. 

We monitor the amount of metal we have on hand and give you periodic inventory reports and cycle counts.  This up to date inventory information will help you determine when it's time to place an order with your extruder.

Costs for the program are based upon the total square footage of material managed
