Linetec Adds New Truck Route for Missouri and Iowa

Wausau, Wis. (Dec. 2006) – Starting in 2007, Linetec will add a new truck route to better service its architectural and commercial customers in Missouri and Iowa. As one of the nation’s largest paint and anodize finishers, the company offers 35 weekly truck runs throughout the U.S.

“The new truck run provides convenient, weekly pick-up and delivery services. This often saves our customers both time and money,” says Director of Sales Jon Close. “They no longer need to find and schedule a contracted hauler to make the delivery. Additionally, freight costs are more economical for partial loads when customers can share a truck with others in their area.”

Close continues, “With Linetec in control of the truck and the schedule, we can better ensure that material will be picked up and delivered on time to our facility and our customers.” Relying on experienced drivers and curtain-side trailers, Linetec also ensures the material is properly loaded to protect against damage.

Linetec is one of the nation’s largest paint and anodize finishers, and the largest independent architectural finisher. Located in Wisconsin, the company serves customers across the country through a national trucking network and offers 500,000-square-feet of capacity for finishing such products as aluminum windows, wall systems, doors, hardware and other architectural metal components, as well as automotive, marine and manufactured consumer goods.
