Site Content and Customer Service With New, Online Submissions for
Quotes and Samples

customer service at www.linetec.com. Among the new features are
online submissions for quotes and paint code/name look up
information with the ability to request color chip samples,
downloadable forms and warranty information, and detailed
descriptions of Linetec’s products and services.

customers’ desires for reduced paperwork and for always-accessible,
always-current resources, the new electronic requests save
them time and allow them to more easily find the information they

then request a sample which will take us just two days to process
in-house and send out. Online requests for quotes are received and
an estimate is faxed back with 24 hours.”
