Content and Customer Service With New, Online Architect's Resource
Center and Electronic Requests
Wausau,
Wis. (June 2004) – Paint and anodize
finisher continues to expand its Web site content and
customer service at www.linetec.com. Among the new features are an
online Architect Resource Center, a paint code/name look-up
information page with the ability to request color samples, on-line
submissions for quotes, downloadable forms and warranty information,
and detailed descriptions of Linetec’s products and services.
“Responding to
architects’ desires for reduced paperwork and for always-accessible,
always-current resources, the new Web site additions save
them time and allow them to more easily find the information they
need when they need it,” says Rick Marshall, Linetec’s president.
“Now, they can look up specifications for architectural finishes,
paint codes and color cards, then request a sample which will take
us just two days to process in-house and send out. Online requests
for quotes are received and an estimate is faxed back with 24
hours.”
