Linetec Hires John Hassert
as Regional Sales Manager
 

Linetec,  Wausau, Wis. (March 2006) – Linetec hired finishing industry veteran John Hassert as its regional sales manager serving Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. As a member of the company’s architectural and commercial finishing sales team, Hassert reports to Linetec’s sales director Jon Close.

Hassert brings 25 years of finishing industry sales experience including liquid and powder coatings, finishing equipment, and specialty applications. For the past four years, he cultivated a Midwestern sales territory for a Florida-based company offering corrosion-preventing coatings. Previously, he developed new markets and grew existing ones for Nordson Corporation’s finishing systems and Binks Same’s industrial spray finishing group.

“Over the years and through mutual alliances in the finishing industry, I have become familiar with Linetec’s reputation for customer service, quality work and professional approach. I’m excited to now be a part of one of the industry’s largest leaders and its future growth,” says Hassert.
 

A member of the Chemical Coaters Association International, Hassert studied industrial technology at Western Illinois University and earned a bachelor’s degree in the discipline. In addition to professional pursuits, he enjoys boating, snowmobiling and other outdoor activities. He, his wife and two children are in the process of relocating to Wausau from Minneapolis.
