All materials being processed through the paint line require some method for racking. Whenever possible, marks left from racking will be in unexposed areas. It is important for us to know if touch-up of rack marks is acceptable when it is required.

A 1/2 inch border is required on flat sheet for racking. Clipping or hole punch are two options for racking sheets. The 1/2 inch border must be on the long side of any material with a dimensions greater than five feet.

Maximum length extrusion is 30'

Maximum width of material is 4'

Maximum height of material is 8'
