AZO-BRADER ~ The
Azo-Brader is a mechanical device that effectively improves the
adhesive properties between the structural thermal barrier
polyurethane polymer and the finished surface of an aluminum
profile. It also enhances the sheer strength in the composite. The
Azo-Brader accomplishes this by a unique method of abrading
portions of the thermal barrier pocket in such a way as to
product a mechanical lock. Windows and doors produced with Azon
Azo-Brader and Azon chemicals carry a
ten year warranty
against adhesive failure
FILLAMETER ~ The
Fillameter is a low-pressure metering and mixing machine. It is
used in the manufacture of aluminum thermal barrier window and
doors. It precisely mixes and pours a two component structural
polyurethane into a thermal barrier channel provided for in the
aluminum window profile, to product an insulating polymer. The
Fillameter is motivated by a hydraulic system that drives all the
moving parts, including the meter pumps, the profile transport
wheels and the Tornado III Hydraulic Mixer.
BRIDGEMILL ~ The
Bridgemill removes the connecting metal web under the insulating
polymer thus effecting the thermal barrier in the aluminum
profile. The throughput of the Bridgemill is controlled by the use
of accurate hydraulic flow control valves, rated at 30-215 ft/min
and is universally capable if handling most all profiles.
