Material Size & Cavity Limitations

- Extrusions must be
6' or longer to be debridged
- Radius material can
be poured by Linetec, but not debridged
- Thermal fill cavity
must be symmetrical to be azo-braded
- The opening of the
fill cavity must be obstruction-free for the profile to be azo-braded
- There must be at
least 1/8" clearance beyond each of the lugs for the profile to be
azo-braded
- The first bar of
each assembled profile to receive Thermal Strut / Insulbar must have
a 9" overage and every 10th bar thereafter must have a 5" overage
for testing purposes
